BEGINNING QUILTING! Limited Edition Class with Elaine!



Have you always wanted to learn how to quilt? Then this is the class for you. Our beloved teacher Elaine, has made time in her busy schedule to teach this beginning class. Students will need to be comfortable using their sewing machine. Elaine will teach the basics of rotary cutting, and quilt block piecing, plus how to put a simple project together. Students will piece a small table runner or wall hanging in class with some homework.

Fabric:

#1- 1 Fat Quarter for center squares
#2- 1 Fat Quarter for Background - 2 ½” x 4 ½” pieces and Half Squares Triangles

#3- 1 Fat Quarter for Half Square Triangles
#4- 1 Fat Quarter for 2 ½” x 4 ½” pieces
¼ yard for Borders
5/8 yard for backing
¼ yard for binding
19” x 43” batting (not needed for first class - this will be discussed at class)
