Show Me How to Paper Piece!

Learn Foundation Paper Piecing with this quick and Easy Method!

Foundation Paper Piecing is a process that allows you to create accurate patchwork blocks quickly and easily. You simply cut oversize fabric pieces and and sew them in sequence to a paper foundation. Even if you have never made a piece of patchwork before, you can make wonderful blocks the first time you ty machine paper piecing.

In class you will practice paper piecing by making a simple 3" heart block. Plan to complete 3 to 5 blocks in class. Through this repetition (think of it at practice), the steps involved with paper piecing will become more natural easier to remember.

After class you can go home and complete the rest of the 9 blocks needed to make a fun heart wall hanging. The pattern/book provides excellent instructions for finishing the wall hanging, or you can make arrangements with the instructor for a "finishing" class if needed.

Class book/pattern is required and can be purchased separately. A full supply list will be provided at sign up. Please purchase all supplies prior to class. There is a discount on supplies and books purchased for class.
